The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs and make our stay comfortable. The facilities, including the infinity pool and jacuzzi, were top-notch. The quality of the food at the restaurant and room service was excellent, and the beach access and nearby public beaches were a bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised by the powerful Chinese and Indian therapies offered by the hotel, which focus on reflex points in the feet to improve blood circulation. It was a truly rejuvenating experience that helped me balance and stimulate my body's natural healing process. Additionally, the massage sessions for couples were a wonderful way to spend quality time with my partner, as we were massaged side by side into a restful state of bliss. The combination of a body massage with a mini facial or scalp massage added an extra level of relaxation. The signature "Sekar jagat" aromatherapy ritual, combined with Balinese florals for body and face, left us feeling pampered and refreshed.

We highly recommend ordering a shisha and enjoying it at the beachfront restaurant or in the comfort of your villa while sipping on a royal tea or cocktail. We cannot wait to return to this heavenly hotel and experience it all over again.
